Kaiser Permanente is proposing the development of anew, multiphase, state-of-the-art medical center, including the development of approximately 824,500 sf of high-end advanced medical services facilities and retail, commercial, and ancillary uses. The medical uses may include state-of-the-art ambulatory care facilities, outpatient medical office clinics and buildings, urgent care facilities, radiation-oncology services, a central utility plant, and a 254-bed hospital with surface and structure parking and related ancillary uses. Kaiser intends to provide a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art healthcare services to Kaiser Permanente members in the City and surrounding communities.
