Document Description
The project involves a request from Jemstreet Properties to subdivided approximately 24 acres in order to allow 3 single family residences, with dedication of a 17 acre open space lot; to consider an EIR (EIR No. 2014-70235); to allow removal of approximately 29 scrub oaks; and to allow encroachment into the protected zone of one coast live oak. Access is to be provided through the City of Thousand Oaks via an extension of Highgate Road. The project site is vacant and is bounded by natural open space owned by the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) to the north, west and a portion of the east side and land developed with single family homes south of the site.
