Document Description
The project site is currently developed with a two-stroy single family dwelling and a detached garage on a 21,439.50 square foot parcel. The site is located in the coastal zone, in an archaeologically sensitive area, and an environmentally sensitive habitat area. The project proposes to renovate both the interior and exterior of the main dwelling and the garage/detached bedoom including a 281 square foot addition to the main unit. The proposed project will reduce the site coverage from 24% to 21% and will require approx. 7% of the walls to be demolished.
