Document Description
The proposed IPT Perris DC II project (modified project) involves the construction and operation of a 273,000 sf expansion of the existing 864,000 sf IPT Perris DC warehouse distribution center (existing project); the completed project would 1,137,000 sf. The expansion site encompasses 15.5 acres (5.3 acres encompass the auxiliary parking area for the existing project. Landscaping and screenwall/berms would be provided along Markham St, Webster Ave and Nance St. Infrastructure would be installed and roadway improvements would be constructed to serve the project. The Auxiliary Parking Option assumes development of the expansion site with automobile parking.
