The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0157-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to he project Applicant, Riverside County Transportation Department. The project is limited to the construction of a new grade separation to cross the Union Pacific Railroad and SR-111 along a realigned Avenue 66. The project includes the installation of a new triple box culvert on the Lincoln Street agricultural drain.
