Document Description
The proposal involves re-designation of 35.59 acres of vacant property within the San Luis Rey Neighborhood Planning Area and the Mission San Luis Rey Historic Area to allow the development of a maximum of 450 new dwelling units, with residential densities ranging from six dwelling units per acre to 29 dwelling units per acre. The project site would be subdivided to create four separate Planning Areas, each bearing a separate land use designation. Development of the project site would be governed by a Planned Development Plan, which would establish the zoning for the site and provide both development standards and design guidelines for housing, open space, streets, entry monumentation and other site improvements.
