Document Description
The proposed Campus Master Plan describes a development program for the next 20 years which includes demolition of existing structures, construction of new structures, and rehabilitation of numerous existing structures. Master Plan components include both near term and long term projects. Near term projects are those which the College anticipates will be funded within a period of 5 years and are considered to have a higher degree of certainty than other components in the Master Plan. Near term components include the following: Child Development Center, Science Building, North Parking Structure, and a re-designed Fire Lane.
