Document Description
The project includes demolition of the structures on the site with the exception of the Capitol Tower high-rise and the Overhoff sculptural wall. The project consists of entitlements for master planning and redevelopment that includes two build-out scenarios: a) 300 room hotel and 1,374 dwelling units and 74,122 s.f. of commercial; or b) 1,470 dwelling units and 56,122 s.f. of commercial. Both scenarios include four new parking structures totaling between 1,635 to 1,701 spaces.
