Document Description
The Project is limited to the replacement of an existing 24-inch culvert outfall, construction of curb and gutters, and installation of a chain-link fence along the top of bank of Horse Creek. Project activities are part of a larger project that includes: constructing two one-story warehouse buildings and associated infrastructure on two parcels totaling approximately 40 acres. Site grading and erosion control activities on the bank of Horse Creek were previously approved under Notification No. 1600-2013-0053-R3. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0279-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Troy Estacio, Buzz Oates Construction.
