Document Description
THe Applicant proposes to develop a mixed-use building that would include approx. 26,000 sq. ft. of retail use at street level, 274,000 sq. ft. of office use in a tower structure, and 1,118 parking spaces on a 1.55-acre site. These improvements would comprise approx. 300,000 sq. ft. of new floor area and would replace the existing surface parking lot on the Project Site. The proposed uses would be provided within one building that would be approx. 260 feet in height.
