The MCRRFC & WCID filed for license of Permit 12497B in 2008. During the inspection process, GIS analysis conducted by the University of CA Hopland Research and Extension Center of the existing agricultural Place of Use map (Drawing 50-1-26) revealed that the 'irrigable acres" referred to in Applications 12920 which was previously believed to be 12,109 acres is actually 16,591 acres.
