Document Description
The project applicant proposes to develop a 140,000 sf, three-story residential care facility. The proposed project would consist of studio (5), one bedroom (85), and two bedroom (21) living suites, and a dementia care unit with 20 beds. The proposed facility would provide a residential setting, with private patios for many ground floor residents, two outdoor common areas, and an enclosed outdoor area adjacent to the dementia unit. A sidewalk would be installed around the perimeter of the facility to provide a walking path for residents, and a landscaped buffer and frontage improvements would be provided along the Prairie City Road boundary.
