CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0243-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA. Project includes installation of up to 8 new culverts with associated inlets and outfalls along the internal road northeast of the main facility; construction of a pedestrian bridge across Saratoga Creek from the intake facility to the medical and education building; seismic improvements to an existing vehicular bridge; improvements to reduce erosion at an on-channel pond and removal of anthropogenic debris will be removed from Saratoga Creek.
