Document Description
The proposed project's purpose is to continue ongoing maintenance and preservation of historic residences at San Clemente SB. This will include stucco repairs and painting of historic residence numbers, 4, 5 and 7 including garages. The repairs include: 1) Minor stucco pathch and repair 2) Trim wood patch and repair. The painting is to include all eaves, facia, gutters, windows, doors, stucco, hand railings wood trim and garage doors. Residences would be painted using department approved materials and color palette conforming to the residence's 1949 construction date and historic period.
