Document Description
Vido Artukovich & Son, Inc. / Vidmar, Inc. a JV (Permittee) has requested a Right of Entry permit to perform the Warner Ave Gravity Sewer Improvements for the City of Huntington Beach. Permittee has completed the engineering, environmental permitting, and design of the entire project. Bolsa Chica would serve as a staging site to complete this project.
There is the potential for a field office, approximately 12 feet x 10 feet and a storage site for steel H-beams for shoring on City site; plastic pipe; sand and gravel; rubber tire equipment; pick-u[ trucks and dump trucks, after working hours. Contractor would enter and exist approximately 15 different times a day, utilizing their own lock or a combo provided to them in and out of the Warner entrance.
