Document Description
The project is a countywide stormwater Low Impact Development (LID) and Best Management Practice (BMP) implementation effort led by the County of Santa Cruz to reduce stormwater volumes, improve water quality on groundwater recharge. LID projects will be implemented at a park and parking lots at four locations in the County; Including Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Soquel and Live Oak. Project related outreach and technical assistance program will be conducted. This phase of the project includes project planning. Sebsequent project specific CEQA will be conducted prior to construction at each of the four project sites. Funding for this project is provided in part by the State Water Resources Control Board Proposition 84 Stormwater Grant Program.
