Document Description
The proposed project that is the subject of this MND is described under the caption "Mixed Use Development Project" below. This MND has been prepared pursuant to the requirements of the CEQA and is intended to serve as the CEQA document for consideration of the four public approvals described below related to approval and implementation of the proposed project. The proposed project would be developed by the project applicant on an approximately 6.24-net acre site that was assembled by the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fremont (RDA) and transferred to the RDA's Successor Agency (RDA Successor Agency) under ABx1 26 and AB 1484 (Redevelopment Dissolution Law) when the RDA was dissolved, as further described in the section captioned Disposition and Development Agreement below.
