Document Description
The proposed project includes a tentative parcel map, rezoning, and General Plan Amendment. The project site is currently zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential. The proposed project would retain the R-1 Single-Family Residential zoning on 44.5 acres of the 71-acre project site, with 267 units. On 26.5 acres of land, the proposed project would change the zoning category from R-1 Single-Family Residential to RP High Density Residential/Professional with a PD Planned Development Overlay. The PD Overlay would permit office and commercial use in accordance with the MXN designation. The General Plan designation would change to Mixed-Use. This area would accommodate 795 multifamily residences and 38,400 sf of commercial/office.
