Document Description
The Housing Element is one of the seven state-mandated elements of the City's General Plan, and must be updated pursuant to CA Government Code Section 65588. The proposed Housing Element replaces the 2008-2014 Housing Element, adopted by the City Council on April 6, 2010. The remaining elements of the General Plan were adopted on May 1, 2007.
