Note: FYI Final 1 HC Wright Solar Park, LLC (applicant) proposes to develop, own, and operate a 200-MW alternating current ground-mounted solar PV power plant located on leased and purchased agricultural lands in unincorporated Merced County, CA. The applicant has filed a CUP application with Merced County (Application No. CUP 12-017) for the proposed project to allow for the construction, operation, and maintenance of such facilities for the long-term generation of clean renewable energy from solar power. In addition, the project would include cancellation of the Williamson Act contracts covering 1282.45 acres of the project site.
