This proposed project is the construction of an approx. 47,248 sf, 56 ft. in height, 4-story, 100% senior apartment with a proposed 11,520 sf ground floor medical/retail use. A total of 50 parking spaces are proposed with 26 subterranean parking for residences and 24 ground floor parking for the commercial use. The lot size is 23,265 sf in size. The project proposes 37, one-bedroom units, 10, two-bedroom units, and one, three-bedroom unit. Building and paving would cover 88% of the project site. The remaining 12% would be landscaped. No grading is planned for this project. The requires entitlements are: 1) General Plan Amendment from Low Medium Residential II to Community Commercial; and, 2) Zone Change from RD2-1 to RAS4 Zone.
