Request for a Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility to be used by two future carriers consisting of a 50-foot high monoelm (faux elm tree) antenna support structure, two equipment pads for future carriers, a utility rack pad, improvements to an existing unpaved access road, a new access road gate, and new utility conduits. The project would require grading of 225 cubic yards cut / 257 cubic yards of fill for site preparation and access road improvements. Removal of five pine trees near the access road gate is proposed.
