Document Description
The Project proposes development of a mixed-uses consisting of 90 multi-family residential units, 18,000 sf of medical office space, and 1,000 sf of coffee shop space in a five-story building. The development features four "structures" connected at the podium level and by the two levels of subterranean parking underneath. The units would consist of one and two bedroom apartments. A total of 256 subterranean parking spaces would be provided onsite per the Glendale Municipal Code (GMC). Access to the subterranean garage would be provided via one driveway on Colorado Street. A drop-off, circular driveway would be provided for the medical office space proposed on the ground floor of the building adjacent to West Colorado Street.
