The proposed project includes the lease of 31,000 sq. feet of existing space at 499 Illinois Street for the University of California, San Francisco Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and The Center for Reproductive Health. The existing space is designed for laboratory use. Project occupancy will consist of laboratory, office, and clinical space and includes minor tenant improvements within the interior of the space.
