Document Description
The project consists of Geotechnical Drilling into the bridge deck of the Alta Mesa Road Bridge over Laguna Creek. Two sampled and logged test boring (approximately 4-6" in diameter) will be drilled to a depth of approximately 100 feet within the channel of Laguna Creek. Borings will be performed through the existing brdige deck. The bridge will be cored and a casing set into the subgrade at these boring locations to facilitate drilling and sampling. Cuttings and drill fluid will be contained, placed in drums, and disposed appropriately at another location. Holes will be backfilled per Sacramento County Environmental Health requirements.
