Document Description
The project consists of stabilizing a segment of the slumped Slab Creek Reservoir Road (Road) and adjacent stream bank to prevent further erosion and bank failure. The Road provides access to Slab Creek Reservoir; a facility associated with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District's Upper American River Hydroelectric Project. THe Applicant uses the Road for access to the hydroelectric project to conduct day-to-day operations as well as for potential emergency access. The project will permanently and temporarily impact water of the United States.
