Document Description
The proposed easement is located on the northern portion of the Tribe's 160-acre Reservation, south of the City of Twentynine Palms. The main portion of the proposed utility easement would be located across the Reservation from east to west, and would be located approximately 30 to 40 feet south of the northern Reservation boundary. The right-of-way would include buried utilities including electricity, natural gas and telecommunications. The Tribe has consented to the development of the easement on Tribal lands in order to provide an option to supply utilities to the Reservation.
