Document Description
On June 30, 2020, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, acting on behalf of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, as a responsible agency for the Los Angeles Groundwater Replenishment Project: considered the Final Environmental Impact Report prepared and certified by the City of Los Angeles as lead agency; adopted the Mitigation Monitoring Program as applicable; made necessary environmental findings; and approved the Los Angeles County Flood Control District to enter into an agreement with the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power regarding the delivery of recycled water to Hansen Spreading Grounds. (See attached page 2 for additional information).
