Document Description
The California Department of fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the Project Applicant, City of Ceres. The project will include the removal of temporary bank stabilization materials at the inlet. At upstream (southern) area of the Project and inlet structure, trash rack and rock slop protection will be installed. The inlet will connect to a 144-foot long pipe that will lead to an outfall structure that will feed into the Tuolumne River. The outlet will empty into a rock pool apron that will be constructed to protect the outfall area. The Project area will be revegetated with native tree, shrub, grass, and for species to provide additional bank stabilization.
