Document Description
The applicant is requesting approvals to modify the restricted development area and scenic easement required by condition of approval #6 of Subdivision 6419. This condition of approval granted the development rights within the scenic easement to the County. The applicant has proposed to install an ~18,500 sf solar panel array, where the solar panels will be mounted on to frames and the feet of the frames will be anchored to the ground within a portion of the scenic easement. In order to build the proposed solar array, the boundary of the restricted development area and scenic easement will need to be modified. To accommodate the ~18,500 sf of the scenic easement that would allow be allowed to the developed, an additional 18,500 sf on a separate portion of property would be dedicated as new scenic easement.
