Document Description
Construction of an 11,200 sf Hospital Support Building (HSB) for Ukiah Valley Medical Center (UVMC), modified parking lot, central yard, removal of 38 trees and planting of new landscaping and 38 trees, and use of two adjacent off-site for temporary parking, contractor trailers and construction staging. The Project would relocate existing hospital support functions scattered throughout the UVMC campus to one building. The two buildings currently housing the support functions would be demolished. The Project would also relocate existing utilities (transformers, generators, oxygen tank, etc.) to a central yard with CMU enclosure. A new 6-foot tall CMU wall would be constructed along the east property line. The Project would not increase the number of employees, visitors or patients.
