Document Description
John Demartini Ranch, LLC, County File #LP13-2064: The applicant seeks approval of a land use permit to establish a wireless telecommunications facility on the subject property. The proposed facility will consist of outdoor equipment cabinets placed inside a steel platform and redwood fenced enclosure, which will be located within the footprint of a PG&E power transmission tower. Nine panel antennas will be mounted on the transmission tower legs, 15 remote radio units will be installed near the antennas and near the equipment enclosure, and two GPS antennas will be installed on an "H"-frame inside the equipment enclosure.
