Document Description
The project is the expansion of an existing one-story, approximately 616 sf take-out restaurant, and an unpermitted 1,042 sf retail/restaurant space (total of 1,658 sf) to an approximately 2,831 sf, two-story, sit-down restaurant with hours of operation from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 1:00 am, Friday and Saturday. Pursuant to Section 12.20.2 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Coastal Development Permit authorizing the conversion, construction, use, and maintenance of an 1,658 sf take-out restaurant and retail establishment into a 2,831 sf sit-down restaurant, on a site in the M1-1 Zone. Pursuant to Section 12.24-W, 1 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional Use to permit the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption only, in conjunction with a 2,831 sf restaurant with an approximately 1,173 sf outdoor patio located on the second floor.
