Caltrans is proposing five build alternatives and one no-build alternative to be studied in the EIR. Each build alternative includes an access road improvement to the Jamul Reservation (which includes improvements to the SR 94, SR 94/Melody Road intersection and the Reservation access intersection), as well as improvements to the following off site intersections: (1) SR-94/Jamacha Boulevard, (2) SR-94 Jamacha Road, (3) SR-94/Steele Canyon Road, (4) SR-94/Lyons Valley Road and (5) SR-94/Maxfield Road.
