Document Description
Note: Shorten Review The City proposes to mechanically excavate accumulated sediment from the Mockingbird Canyon Reservoir ("Reservoir") and Dam in order to improve operational Integrity and to alleviate sediment blockage at the outlet structure. This work will be performed after the Reservoir is drained. The excavated material will be deposited on a nearby City-owned property (APN 238-190-003) adjacent to Van Buren Boulevard. Additionally, a cable-stayed silt barrier will be installed to retard sediment migrating to the outlet structure.
