Planned Development Permit No. PL13-0074 is a request by the applicant (Standard Industries) to construct a 6,000 sf industrial building with three enclosed service bays and one covered roof service bay on the project site. The structure would be utilized for the repair and reconditioning of heavy trucks and machinery associated with the Standard Industries recyclable metal collection and processing facility located ~1,168 feet east of the project site. Perimeter landscaping is also proposed that will screen the site from public views. An outdoor storage area will be located at the southwest corner of the property, adjacent to the Brown Barranca. A total of 56 parking spaces area proposed.
