Document Description
The Project would maintain and enhance historic Hollywood Palladium, and the Palladium would continue to be used as an event venue. The Project would also include two additional buildings up to 28 stories and approximately 350 feet in height developed under one of two options: Under Option 1, Residential Option, the two buildings would contain up to 731 residential units. Under Option 2, Residential/Hotel Option, the two buildings would contain up to 598 residential units and up to 250 hotel rooms and ancillary hotel uses including related restaurant and meeting space. Both Options would include 24,000 sf of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, recreational and open space facilities, and approximately 1,900 parking spaces.
