Note: Extended per lead The project consists of an amendment to a lease agreement between the County of Riverside and Burrtec, and amendments to the site's Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) and Report of Facility Information (FRI) to expand an existing compost facility from approximately 35 to 40 acres, increase the amount of compostable and non-compostable organic materials received from 250 tons per day (tpd) to 785 tpd including up to 200 tpd of C&D waste (985 tpd total); increase the amount of grease trap liquids and gray water accepted from 12,500 gallons per day (gpd) to 55,000 gpd, compost up to 450 tpd, expand days of operation from 6 to 7, and expand the compost area from 15 to 31.9 acres.
