Planned Development Rezoning to allow up to seven single-family residential lots on a 0.79 gross acre site. The proposed lots will average approximately 4,800 sf in size, will be developed with 2-story single-family homes, and will maintain access via individual driveways to Fallingtree Drive or Minuet Drive. To accommodate the project, the existing single-family residence, detached garage, and barn on site will be demolished.
