Document Description
The proposed project consists of removing approximately 9,420 sf of an existing restaurant, approximately 9,900 sf (gross) of existing retail space, existing park area, and landscape islands in order to construct two-four-story wood framed residential apartment buildings (west building and east building) on a 5.7 -acre site. The residential apartment buildings will house 323 units with associated parking (739 total stalls) within the existing 30-acre Orangefair Shopping Center. The project also includes street, driveway and landscape improvements. There will be two parking garages containing 717 stalls (250 stalls at the west building garage and 467 stalls at the east building garage) within the development and an additional 22 parking spaces at grade level along South Lemon Street.
