Document Description
This project proposes 6,897 homes and associated village land uses on ~755 acres and includes roughly 620 acres of Open Space Preserve for a total Project area of ~1,357 acres. Implementation of the Project requires Chula Vista General Plan Amendments, a Chula Vista Multiple Species Conservation Program Boundary Adjustment, Otay Ranch General Development Plan Amendments, and Otay Ranch Resource Management Plan Boundary Adjustment. This application also proposes an amendment to the Sectional Planning Area (SPA) Plan for Otay Ranch Villages 2, 3, and a portion of 4 adopted by the Chula Vista City Council on June 4, 2006, as amended.
