Request of Erik Vasquez, agent for Petrorock, LLC, lessee of certain mineral property, for approval of: 1) an Exploratory Oil Drilling and Production Plan (11PPP-00000-00001) for a total of 56 new oil wells and a new water injection well, equipment storage yard, production and gathering pipelines (but no transmission pipelines), and ancillary equipment for oil production to be developed on eight new well pads, and one existing well pad ranging from 0.8 acres to 2.5 acres in size (total coverage of all pads would be 11.75 acres); 2) an Amendment (12AMD-00000-00008) to the approved Oil Drilling and Production Plan (Tunnell Facility, 08PPP-00000-00001) to operate as the primary facility for storage, separation, processing, transportation and other incidental operations for oil produced from wells associated with the proposed North Garey Oil Drilling and Production Plan (11PPP-00000-0001) and 3) a Conditional Use Permit (12CUP-00000-00037) to allow for oil drilling and production activities on properties with an AG-I zone designation.
