The proposed project consists of constructing a 1,015,740 sf industrial building that will include warehouse and office uses. Parking for the building will include 1,609 automobile parking stalls and 136 trailer parking stalls. The maximum building height is proposed to be 60 feet. In order to develop the project three legislative applications and one development application are proposed.
