Document Description
5550 Hollywood Boulevard Partners, LLC, (the "Applicant") proposes to develop a mixed-use project on an approx. 1.90 acre (82,801 sf) site bounded by Hollywood Blvd. to the north and St. Andrews Pl. to the west. The Applicant proposes to redevelop the site to construct 280 residential apartment units with a minimum 11% of the base density designated as Very Low Income affordable units (which qualifies the Project for a 35% density bonus pursuant to CA Government Code Section 65915 and LAMC Section 12.22.A.25) and approx. 12,030 sf of commercial retail space (the "Project").
