Document Description
Note: Extended Review The project consists of amendments to the County Zoning Ordinance and County Code to allow certain specified sign types within County road right-of-way. The proposal is to amend the previsions in the Definitions and General Regulations sections of the Zoning Ordinance related to Off-Premise Signs to allow placement of certain Special Propose Off-Premise Signs within road right-of-way, subject to limitations and requirements. Individual sign proposals would be subject to safety review; each sign type proposal, other than Neighborhood and Business Watch Signs, would also be subject to design review. The project would also rectify certain minor inconsistencies within the ZO and County Code.
