Document Description
The project involves extension of public sewer service to residential properties located on Padaro Lane. Approximately 4,100 linear feet of 8-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sewer pipe and 12 maintenance holes would be constructed within Padaro Lane. The new pipeline would begin at an existing District manhole just east of Garrapata Creek and terminate at a point adjacent to 2781 Padaro Lane. The alignment would deviate from the paved area only at the point where the pipe crosses Toro Canyon Creek, at which point it would be attached to the north side of the concrete bridge structure. The project also involves construction of 4-inch diameter PVC lateral sewers and appurtenant cleanout structures, also within the Padaro Lane right-of-way. Annexation of 21 discrete parcels (72 acres) within the project area into the Carpentaria Sanitary District.
