Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, GL Bruno Associates. The applicant proposes the extension of Highland Knolls Drive running east, and also a new road running north from the terminus of the new portion of Highland Knolls Drive. The construction of the road will require grading and compacting soils prior to paving along the channel of an ephemeral stream. All future flows from the stream will be rerouted along the curbs and gutters of the new road, flows will ultimately enter the subsurface storm water capture system.
