Document Description
The proposed project is an application for a Planned District Amendment to P-81-12(Q) for development of a 91-acre regional park facility including formal picnic areas with BBQ's, children's playground and play areas, park furniture, parking areas, restroom facilities, and, irrigated and non-irrigated turf meadows. The project also includes overnight camping facilities with 63 recreational vehicle (RV) sites, 17 walk-in camp sites and 20 car camp sites. A small store, laundry and shower facilities are also proposed to serve the campsites. The project also includes construction of 13,000 sf event center and 150 person outdoor amphitheaters with outdoor camp fire pit, and a one-half acre corporation and maintenance yard.
