Document Description
The proposed project, which would consist of three components: Wet Weather Improvements Project, Green Energy Project, and Digester Replacement Project. The Wet Weather Improvements Project would include secondary treatment improvements and capacity increase to 40 million gallons per day; headworks and stormwater improvements; and aeration basin rehabilitation. The Green Energy Project would involve installation of solar panels to generate 150 kilowatts of solar photovoltaic energy. Under the Digester Replacement Project, two of the existing three digesters would be demolished and replaced at the same location and the third digester would be rehabilitated.
