Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0011-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Contra Costa County Public Works Department as represented by Steve Kowalewski.
The Project is limited to the realignment of a 0.25 mile stretch of Marsh Creek Road and includes the replacement of a previously existing 36 inch metal corrugated pipe with a 48 inch by 48 inch box culvert structure that will be embedded below the natural flow line to allow natural sediment and debris to accumulate overtime. Thirteen cubic yards of rock slope protection will be placed in stream in the front of the upstream and downstream culvert to create a rock apron. The culvert aprons will cover an area approximately 210 s.f. Three cubic yards of rock slope protection will be placed near a previously existing V-Ditch and five trees shall be removed as a result of the Project.
